Job Description:

COVER DREAM is hiring an Installation Technician for Year 1. The Installation Technician will be responsible for ensuring the seamless installation of swimming pool covers for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires executing installations with precision and efficiency, adhering to company standards and guidelines to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Installation:

- Perform precise and efficient installations of swimming pool covers.

- Carefully assess the site and prepare it for installation.

- Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.

- Coordinate with other team members as needed.

- Install and train distributors in the installation of COVER DREAM’s products.

Problem Management:

- Utilize expertise to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the installation process.

- Implement timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety:

-Prioritize safety at all times.

-Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

Customer Support:

-Provide guidance on cover usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

-Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of completed work and any relevant customer feedback, to support ongoing improvement efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Installation Technician or in a similar role in the outdoor living market would be appreciated.

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
