Maintenance/Groundskeeper person needed for Retail Shopping Centers

Full time 9am-5pm salaried position.

SCOPE:

Responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work of retail shopping centers, focusing on, landscaping, grounds, and equipment. Other maintenance tasks may be assigned. May be required to respond to emergency situations outside 9am-5pm hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Physically examine the property on a daily basis.

Managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring the proper maintenance of the property.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs.

Generally maintaining and improve the quality of the community and maintain public areas in a clean and safe fashion.

Adhere to all maintenance schedules including but not limited to property inspections, maintenance assignments, and special maintenance items.

Properties to look pristine at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma.

Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in property maintenance and grounds keeping.

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Sprinkler repair and maintenance knowledge.

Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of good driving history.

Must have reliable transportation.
