Técnico de Mantenimiento y Facilidades – Tiempo Completo 40 hr.

Somos una empresa establecida de manufactura de productos de belleza y estamos buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento y Facilidades a tiempo completo para ayudar con el mantenimiento y soporte general del edificio y la propiedad.

Este puesto incluye mantenimiento general, trabajo físico y apoyo operativo dentro y fuera de la instalación. Buscamos una persona responsable, trabajadora y práctica, que ayude a mantener la planta funcionando correctamente.

Responsabilidades Incluyen (pero no se limitan a):

Mantenimiento del Edificio

Pintar paredes y reparar drywall

Cambio de tejas del techo cuando sea necesario

Instalar y cambiar luces, bombillas, enchufes e interruptores

Trabajos básicos de plomería

Pasar cables y ayudar con trabajos eléctricos

Soporte Mecánico y Equipos

Ayudar en el mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria y equipos

Cambiar filtros de aire acondicionado

Apoyo en mantenimiento de sistemas del edificio

Seguridad e Infraestructura

Instalar y reparar cámaras de seguridad

Organizar y pasar cableado

Mantenimiento Exterior

Mantenimiento de cercas, portones y áreas exteriores

Limpieza y cuidado general de la propiedad

Trabajo General

Desarmar y armar muebles

Mover estanterías, equipos y materiales

Apoyo en organización del almacén

Ayudar con cualquier trabajo físico necesario dentro del edificio

Requisitos:

Experiencia en mantenimiento, facilidades, handyman o trabajo general

Capacidad para usar herramientas y realizar trabajo físico

Conocimiento básico en electricidad, plomería y mecánica

Capacidad para comunicarse y trabajar bien con un equipo de producción que habla español

Persona responsable, puntual y trabajadora

Job Description:

We are a well-established beauty care manufacturing company looking for a full-time Maintenance & Facilities Technician to help maintain and support our entire building and property.

This position involves general maintenance, facilities work, and labor-related tasks throughout the building. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member who can support daily operations and help keep the facility running smoothly inside and out.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Building & Facility Maintenance

Painting walls and patching drywall

Changing roof tiles as needed

Installing and changing light fixtures, bulbs, plugs, and switches

Light plumbing work and basic repairs

Running wires and assisting with electrical work

Mechanical & Equipment Support

Assisting with maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment

Changing AC filters and helping maintain building systems

Basic mechanical troubleshooting

Security & Infrastructure

Installing, fixing, and maintaining security cameras

Running and organizing wiring

Property & Exterior Maintenance

Maintaining fences, gates, and exterior areas

General upkeep of the property and surroundings

General Labor

Disassembling and assembling furniture

Moving shelving, equipment, and materials

Assisting with warehouse organization and layout changes

Supporting any labor-related needs within the building

Qualifications:

Experience in maintenance, facilities, handyman work, or general labor

Comfortable using tools and performing physical work

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks

Able to communicate well and work effectively with a Spanish-speaking production team

Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
