Maintenance Grounds keeper

GRS Community Management has a position for a Maintenance Groundskeeper for an association in Coconut Creek, FL

Monday-Friday 40 week

starting at $18-$20 based on experience

Duties:

Responsible for day to day maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of community facilities and common areas.

Performs maintenance responsibilities as required, including: drywall repair, fence repairs, irrigation repair, light electrical maintenance, changing light bulbs, changing filters and screens, etc.

Pressure washing, and some painting. Able to clean drains if needed.

Excellent Communication and follow up Skills
