We are seeking a Roofing Technician / Foreman to lead our roofing projects with precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive roofing experience, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing crews and ensuring project success.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of roofing experience (residential is required and commercial is preferred).

- Proven experience working with roofing systems including tile, shingle, metal, and flat roofs.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

> Lead and manage roofing crews on-site, making sure work is done on time and meets quality standards.

> Inspect roofs, identify damage, and suggest the best solutions.

> Install, repair, and maintain different types of roofs, including shingle, metal, tile, and flat roofs.

> Follow safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.

> Keep clients informed and address any concerns.

>Organize materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects running smoothly.

> Solve problems quickly to avoid delays.

> Keep accurate records of project progress and inspections.
