Cleaner Needed

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our construction sites. Your work will ensure that job sites are ready for the next phase of construction and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove debris, trash, and construction materials from job sites.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces to remove dust, dirt, and grime.

Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.

Assist with the setup and cleanup of tools and equipment.

Ensure all work areas are free of hazards and ready for use.

Perform other cleaning tasks as required to support the construction team.

Requirements:

No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training!

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Knowledge of basic safety protocols and proper waste disposal methods is a plus.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
