Cleaner/Housekeeper for Air Bnbs

Cleaner/Housekeeper position, primarily intended for Airbnb properties in Broward County (Ft. Lauderdale & Pompano Beach)

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments while ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Strip soiled linens, dispose of trash, clean rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.), and replenish linens, towels, and amenities.

Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or missing inventory.

Ensure the units are clean and ready for inspection, following all company standards.

Customer Service:

Respond to special guest requests promptly and professionally.

Perform guest turn-down services when needed.

Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

Organization and Safety:

Maintain cleanliness in storage closets and housekeeping carts.

Ensure a safe working environment.

Handle irregular working hours and occasional travel.

Experience:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.

Skills:

Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).

Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.

A passion for cleanliness and high standards of service.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Additional Requirements:

Car, smartphone, and a valid driver's license.

Location: Between our 3 Air bnb buildings located in Ft. Lauderdale & Pompano

Job Details

Pay: $30 per hour, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, weekend availability (based on bookings)

Shift and Schedule

8hr shift.

Day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Weekends as needed.

This position is ideal for a hard-working, enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of responsibility and passion for maintaining cleanliness, offering excellent guest service, and working in hospitality.
