This is a unique opportunity for a bilingual (English & Spanish) individual with experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision who’s ready to take their career to the next level.
What Makes This Role Unique?
You’ll be splitting your time between office administration (2 days) and hands-on cleaning (3 days). This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to grow into sales, recruiting, and even marketing.
If you are only looking for weekends, with Office Responsibilities Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm, this could work too! - $16 Per Hour with an hour break.
Pay Details:
Office Work (Admin & Sales): $15/hour + sales commissions (earn more by making sales calls and closing deals).
Cleaning Work: $18/hour for house and office cleaning tasks.
Goal: Combine responsibilities to earn 40 hours per week with the potential for pay increases based on performance and attendance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Office Responsibilities (Admin & Sales):
Answer calls, respond to texts and emails, and handle client scheduling.
Process billing, invoicing, and payments; manage payroll and employee hours.
Take on customer service tasks, including addressing client concerns with patience and professionalism.
Use Google Sheets and Excel to maintain accurate records.
Organize office supplies and purchase monthly products.
Support marketing efforts, including social media, design, and growing customer outreach.
Assist with performance reviews and employee scheduling.
Cleaning Responsibilities (3 Days/Week):
Perform hands-on cleaning of residential and office spaces.
Motivate and assist cleaning team members, including translation and leadership support.
Must-Haves:
- Experience in housekeeping (hotel or cleaning company supervision preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and typing at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional weekend shifts.
- High attention to detail—tasks must be double-checked and completed without errors.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and openness to learning new skills.
- Must live near 33309 for a stress-free commute.
Preferred Skills (Big Plus):
- Experience in sales and recruiting.
- Background in marketing or social media management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
