Handyman technician for nice properties

I am looking for a reliable and skilled maintenance person to join my team and help keep my properties in top condition. Full time.

Tasks that come up:

- Painting (MUST be able to paint well)

- Drywall repair

- Locks replacement and installation

- Tile work

- Light plumbing (e.g. replace toilet tank valve, handle, replace a faucet)

- Light electrical (e.g. replace outlet, change cover plate)

- Light Hvac maintenance (e.g. replace filter, clean drain pan)

- Go to a store to buy a part or supplies

- Order something online and deliver for installation or staging

- General upkeep of rental properties

- Probably other, but you get the idea

Work is not physically demanding I suppose, but it requires the right person with talent, good eye and attention to details. You must enjoy this type of work. I myself do enjoy doing the repairs in my properties, but I want to focus on other parts of the business and delegate these duties onto reliable someone else.

Properties are located in South Beach, so if you are local, that’s a huge plus. Due to parking situation your car must be a van (eg Pacifica size, no oversized vans) or an SUV (again, not a huge size SUV like an Excursion, F250 etc). No pickups, sorry.

I've posted this before, but received an overwhelming number of responses not matching what I am looking for, so the candidate MUST:

- be able to communicate well in English

- be legal

- be available for a full-time position

- be able to take charge of the tasks and work with min supervision after initial training

- be a good problem solver

- have good memory and able to multitask

- have a vehicle

- have a laptop and be able to fill out a spreadsheet log and keep track of tasks

- computer literate with excel

- not live more than 30-40 min away. The closer to South Beach the better.
