Fence Installer Crew Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fence Contractor to join our team on a per-job basis. The ideal candidate is a professional with extensive hands-on experience in fence installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as managing their own crew. You must have your own truck, tools, and a proven track record of successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain various types of fences (e.g., wood, chain-link, vinyl, aluminum, etc.) based on project requirements.

Manage and supervise your crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients and the company to ensure job specifications are met.

Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Requirements:

Proven experience in fence contracting with verifiable references or portfolio of work.

Ability to manage and lead a crew effectively.

Own truck and all necessary tools for the job.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reliable, professional, and punctual.

Compensation:

Pay is per job and will depend on the scope of each project. Rates are competitive and reflect the quality and experience required. Pay is discussed prior to installation start.
