Part Time Caregiver Needed for Elderly Lady.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide personal care for our 94-year-old mother who is in an Assisted Living Facility. This is a part-time position approximately 3-4 hours per day, with a commitment of at least 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with transfers from wheelchair to bed and vice versa

Administering medication and monitoring blood sugar levels (diabetes care)

Ensuring personal hygiene and grooming

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed

Performing light housekeeping to maintain a tidy living environment

Providing companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving, especially with elderly patients

Ability to lift and transfer a wheelchair-bound individual safely

Knowledge of diabetes care and medication administration

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred but not required)
