Play an important role as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, responsible for the job of ticket reader making sure food gets to the right table promptly.

Job Description:

Primary functions of the food runner are understanding of hygiene and food safety rules, communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (food allergies). Able to help the waiter or waitress handle any extra duties assisting the restaurant to run smoothly.

A valued food runner is a task-driven individual, preventing meals from sitting too long and is always Informing restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests.

Skills:

Good oral communication skills.

Basic computational ability.
