Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager, with a solid grasp of kitchen operations and financial accountability.

Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

A natural leader who can inspire and manage a team under pressure.

Must be fluent in Spanish Language
