Pizzeria Cashier & Front House Staff

Hello,

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as a Cashier & Front House Staff to help provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude

Take orders accurately in-person and over the phone

Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service

Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries

Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role (preferred but not required)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic math skills for handling transactions

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Must be available to work evenings and weekends
