Blue Collar, Miami’s favorite home for comfort food, now in a larger more beautiful location, complete with full bar, and a large kitchen is in ned of a hot line cook. We need a hot line cook capable of working saute and grill, who has experience in a from scratch kitchen that does heavy volume. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years experience, is clean, organized and fast. We have a tight team right now that feels like a family so this would be a good opportunity for a great cook to find a home.
