Last Call Hospitality is looking for an Night Bar Manager who can help with our fast-paced growth.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are organized, social and a team-player. You pay attention to details and consistently communicate with team members to ensure all tasks and new initiatives are efficiently executed.

This role is meant to focus on helping Last Call’s management team professionally develop, while assisting with front and back of the house matters such as maintaining the high standards of service, managing a team of bartenders and servers, and ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the bar during evening hours.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during the evening shift. Your role will involve managing the team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the night shift operations

- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery

- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of performance

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the facility

- Assist with drink preparation and restocking when necessary

- Implement and enforce safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the Beverage service industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

- Proficient in drink preparation and cocktail creating techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
