We are looking for a detailed-oriented Dispatcher with Customer Service Experience

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced office, duties include answering in-bound phone calls and scheduling customers service requests. This is a Full time position with the opportunity to grow within our organization.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries/ Dispatch Independent Contractors on a daily basis

Collect all required information in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

Provide update via email with status of orders, or any issues regarding an order.

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Submit status report at the end of the day & Additional tasks as required

Schedule: [Full-Time] Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Experience:

Dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High school or Equivalent (Preferred)
