Catering Customer Service Representative

We are actively looking for a confident, well-spoken individual for our fast-paced aviation, corporate and event catering company. Eligible employees will have a "can-do" attitude, a friendly and outgoing personality, and be a hard working, self motivated team player.

Requirements:

- Basic office skills (to include phones, emails and beginner's knowledge of QuickBooks)

- Flexible hours / Availability to include nights and weekends

- Food and Beverage / Hospitality experience is a plus

- Strong people skills

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Time management skills

Job Scope:

- Assisting clients with catering orders

- Answering multiple phone lines

- Monitoring emails

- Entering QuickBooks invoices
