Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office. This is an in-office position only, remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do:

-Answer inbound customer service calls

-Complete verifications after a job is booked by sales

-Make introduction calls to new clients

-Handle escalations and provide excellent customer support
