Busy office is looking to fill dispatch/customer service position in Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, task and goal-driven, organized self-starters with a background in dispatch, customer service and building management will be a plus.

Data Entry - input jobs into the system

Providing estimates for locksmith

Follow ups text/phone call

Computer(Mac) savvy

Reliable and well organized

Punctuality a must

Drug free office

Ideal job cycle: intake of call, provide estimate, secure job, dispatch to appropriate technician.

40 Hours a Week

Hours: 9a to 5p or 2p to 10p
