A/C SERVICE DISPATCHER

CMi Air Conditioning and Electrical, is hiring a service dispatcher. This position requires previous experience as a demand service dispatcher or service coordinator. Job description: Maintain the technician's daily schedule and dispatch. Maintain customer database with current information. Candidate must be capable of clear and concise communications with clients, managers and technicians. Also keep clients informed of schedule and requested lead-times.

Professional, good communication skills

Be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook

Highly organized

HVAC knowledge is a plus

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work load

Excellent phone/communication and computer skills

Must have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

8 am – 5 pm + overtime + occasional Saturday
