Skills needed to apply: Painting, Carpentry, Drywall repair, and Basic electrical knowledge and skills, Fence repair experience.

Must have your own tools.

Must have your own dependable truck or SUV.

Must have a valid FL drivers license.

Must have 4 years of paid residential maintenance experience.

Construction, day labor, trim carpentry and framing is not residential maintenance. If you don't understand the difference, please don't apply.

Preferred candidate will also have some paid electrical experience.

Approx 24 hrs a week.

$25/hr to start. $30/hr after 1 year.
