HVAC beginner tech wanted

Seeking a beginner service Tech with experience/light experience or vocational training. Reason being is we seek a tech to train correctly with proper practices and procedures without all the bad habits or taught/trained incorrectly. Will start out with Maintenances and light service calls No on-call and training provided. Must be clean cut, good customer communication skills with a good driving record.
