Position Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Cultivate new opportunities and generate leads
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition
Generate and implement lead generation strategies to expand our customer base
Network within the community to increase brand visibility
Collaborate with homeowners to assess their needs
Set weekly goals with the owner to meet annual sales targets
Work closely with the admin assistant to streamline your sales administration
Willingness to Get on a Roof: This role involves inspecting and assessing roofing needs, so being comfortable working at heights is essential. Ladder is required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic sales or customer service role
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the company’s CRM
Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) is a must
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to handle multiple sales projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
