We are two highly successful Realtors seeking an exceptional Licensed Real Estate Assistant to help us continue providing top-notch service to our clients.

About the Position

As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, you will:

Support Our Realtors: Assist with daily operations, client communications, scheduling, and transaction coordination and lead generation. You'll also be trained on the job to sell and list luxury homes and can actively build your real estate business!

Client Interaction: Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to our clients, ensuring their real estate experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis, prepare property listings, and assist with marketing efforts.

Administrative Duties: Manage paperwork, maintain organized records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Florida Real Estate License: A current and valid Florida Real Estate License is essential.

Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technology Savvy: Proficiency with real estate software some social media training or enthusiasm to learn.

Positive Attitude: A friendly, optimistic, and can-do attitude.
