Technician/Craftsman

Most of the work is in Port Orange and Ormond Beach.

Must have your own tools.

Must have your own dependable truck or SUV.

Must have a valid license.

and 4 years of paid residential maintenance experience.

Trim carpentry, framing, and construction is not the same as residential maintenance.

Preferred candidate will also have some paid electrical experience.

Approx 24 hrs a week.

$25/hr to start. $30/hr after 1 year.

Most of the work is in Daytona, Port Orange and Ormond.
