Janitorial/commercial cleaning staff needed

We are seeking reliable and hardworking janitorial/commercial cleaning staff to join our team at Daytona Beach Shores oceanfront resort. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for full-time work in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties in common areas:

sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust elevators, hallways, staircases, guest laundry, etc.

Clean and sanitize restrooms

Replenish supplies as needed

Remove trash and ensure a clean, safe environment

Blow off the parking lot

Pressure washing

Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required

Must be reliable, punctual and self-motivated

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks

Must have access to reliable transportation

Must be legal to work in US

Must be able to work Holidays and weekends

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $15/h and increase to $16.50/h after 90 days

Benefits:

Paid Holidays (Eligible holidays worked will be aid at rate time and a half)

Vacation pay
