Serve Safe Certification is required

Must have 2 years experience as a line cook or prep cook in a scratch kitchen, have your own knives, willing to work weekends, work well with others and have a positive attitude. We are open Tuesday - Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday, you are guaranteed 2 days off each week.

Oyster and raw fish experience is a plus!
