Full time handyman for established property management company

We are looking for a customer service oriented person to work full time with us, roughly 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, to work with our property management team to identify and repair things as needed at properties we manage.

Tools are not required, we can supply them, but you would need general repair experience including some light plumbing experience - changing flappers, fill valves, etc.

Qualifications:

Warm, upbeat personality

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communications

Detail-oriented and quality-focused with problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, following processes with minimal supervision

Drivers license required with reliable transportation

Criminal background check required.

Most property management companies suck, they don't care, and do the minimum to get by. They're known to be unresponsive and unreliable. We strive to be the opposite. On the ball, communicative, and fair.

This position requires you to work onsite at an office in NW DC.
