We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of commercial swimming pools, spas, and fountains. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
-Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance.
-Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to ensure proper functioning.
-Conduct water quality tests and balance chemicals as needed to maintain safe swimming conditions.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to pool systems.
-Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and maintenance schedules.
-Keep accurate records of services performed, including repairs and chemical treatments.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
-Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
-Familiarity with pool equipment repair techniques is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
-Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Commercial Pool Repair (or other related industry): 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
