DELIVERABLES:
1. Deliverable #1:6,500 hours minimum produced on budget and on schedule.
Crew, tools and materials organized to complete jobs the most efficient way possible
Set and discuss goals daily and weekly with your crew
2. Deliverable #2: Maintain an average 9/10 quality score by leading the customer’s
experience.
Communicate with customers weekly to address all questions and concerns.
Maintain a jobsite presence that is free of loud music, swearing, and/or inappropriate
discussion.
3. Deliverable #3: Provide initial and ongoing training to all team members on your crew.
Conduct initial RPC orientation and safety training to ensure all crew
members understand job site organization and safety procedures.
Ensure all crew members have a firm understanding of tools (use, operation, cleaning).
4. Deliverable #4: Daily updates to all administrative tracking systems.
Maintain and update accurate data in Google sheets and Job Nimbus daily.
Accurately sort and code all project related receipts and completes take off form weekly
for all ongoing projects.
