Painter and Basic Repair - Handyman

We are currently looking for multi-skilled, all-around professional Carpenters / Painters and Handymen.

Our pay rates range depending on you experience, equipment, professionalism and transportation.

General requirements:

- Reliable, responsive and professional

- Able to estimate/price jobs after given work orders

- Your Own Professional Truck or Cargo Van with ladder racks and ladders.

- Fully equipped to handle all types of painting or Home Improvement assignments.

- Self starter, confident problem solving and working alone or with a team.

- Experience handling service calls and remodeling work

- Ability to work with a team of your choosing to assist with tasks

Skill requirements:

- Light electrical skills/knowledge

- Light plumbing skills/knowledge

- High level carpentry/maintenance skills

- High level tiling skills

- High level drywall and paint skills
