Seeking full time handyman or woman to work for our property management company

must have your own vehicle

$25 per hour/$200 per day/$1000 per week (paid as a 1099 contractor)

Must have tools (we'll provide special tools you may not have)

Must speak English (lots of tenant interaction, English as a second language is great)

Must be able to handle electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc
