Mahwy Cars Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle. Sales Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about vehicles, pricing, and available financing options.

Conduct test drives with customers and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.

Follow up with leads and prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Maintain knowledge of the latest automotive trends, models, and inventory.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with vehicle trade-ins, financing options, and warranty information.

Build long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions.

Work with the finance team to ensure smooth paperwork completion and timely processing of vehicle purchases.

Assist with dealership marketing efforts, including promotions and events.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Knowledge of financing options and vehicle specifications is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

SPANISH SPEAKER IS A PLUS.
