Property Management Assistant
District of Columbia, Washington 00000 Washington USAAlphaOmega Properties, LLC is a Washington-DC based property management company. We are currently seeking a qualified high-paced professional to work under the supervision of the company's owner and to assist with day-to-day operations. This position entails answering incoming phone calls, processing rental applications, showing vacant units, data entry into Rent Manager property management software/spreadsheet maintenance, and other general administrative functions as needed or assigned.
Other duties include:
Provide tenants and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building
procedures and supplying general building information.
Provide support to Property Manager/Owner by producing, modifying and /or distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals,
information packages, and miscellaneous type-written information.
Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management
Assist with apartment showings
Assisted property manager as needed on special projects
Assist and administer lease agreements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Executive Assistant experience desired
2 years previous related experience.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Background check and drug screen required
Knowledge of Office 365 required.
Knowledge of Rent Manager software a plus
Knowledge local housing programs in Washington DC (DCHA, Community Connections, Rapid Rehousing etc.)
