We have an immediate need for a Showing Agent for properties located in the

Washington, DC area. The showing agent is directly responsible for the management of all

showings for prospective applicants.

Job Duties:

Schedule, manage and conduct coordinated showings; Provide access to vacant units and show the prospective applciant around the home; Prep for showings (minor sanitation (sweep, mop, etc.)); Conduct property inspections (ensuring all is inspection ready).

Requirements:

1+ Years of Real Estate. Administrative, Customer Service or Sales experience

High time management and organizational attributes

Available to work in evenings and on weekends

Hours: Hours are flexible and hours will be made by the Showing Agents availability.

THESE HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE!

Pay:

$20 per hour
