Settlement Processor

Looking for a dynamic Settlement Processor to join our already fabulous team. Candidate must have prior title processing experience. You will have a dedicated Pre-Processor to support you.

Responsibilities for this position:

Work closely and develop a positive relationship with Realtors, Loan Officers, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers

Title examination and clearing title issues in VA , MD and DC

Prepare final CDs/settlement statements and balance file

Forward settlement statements to involved parties for review

Print and assemble closing package for settlement and other applicable documents

Coordinate settlement with all parties

Title Processor Requirements:

2+ years of processing experience in Title Industry

Must have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented

Experience with Qualia a huge plus

Virginia, Maryland and DC pre-closing knowledge with strong emphasis in title examination/clearing

Excellent verbal/written communication

Strong computer, data entry, typing and telephone skills

A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
