Experienced individual with public housing experience will interact with applicants seeking housing assistance, display understanding and maintenance of a wait list, certify applicants, process voucher rent increases and evaluate rent

reasonableness. Knowledge of HUD guidelines needed in this position to upgrade services for low income families.
