Permit Coordinator

Job Description

Stoneridge Outdoor Living is a regional outdoor living company that serves as the largest Four Seasons sunroom dealer in the US. We build sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, replacement windows, and composite and pressure-treated decks. In addition, we perform residential room additions and light commercial projects.

Responsibilities include:

Submit permit applications for residential additions in various counties and localities

Management and communication with customers on the schedule of projects through the engineering process

Communication with project managers and administration on the status of permits

Specialized knowledge/experience:

Awareness/familiarization of residential permit process, plats, and engineering requirements.

Attention to detail; organized person

Strong communication skills

Problem Solving Capabilities
