legal assistant / office assistant

A position / paid internship, not necessarily requiring legal education or experience but absolutely requiring a strong

interest in the law tailored to someone perhaps contemplating law school, who would like to take on an integral role with a small, but very accomplished, interesting, and wide-ranging, law practice, with exposure beyond that afforded even many young attorneys.

The firm is in immediate need of someone conscientious, adaptable and highly organized, who won't mind doing

mundane but important work, yet is capable also of taking on challenging, higher level tasks; someone especially bright, with good judgment and character, a knack for relating to people, a commitment to precision, a willingness and ability to learn, and a high degree of initiative and responsibility. Access to a car is necessary. A minimum nine to twelve month commitment is required.
