HANDYMAN (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)

We are seeking skilled, dependable, and self-motivated Handyman Independent Contractors to perform general maintenance and repair services for apartment communities across the Continental United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- General maintenance and preventive repairs

- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs

- Drywall repair and painting

- Light carpentry and installations

- Flooring repairs (vinyl, laminate, carpet)

- Appliance installation (basic)

- Unit turnover and make-ready services

- Documentation and compliance with REAC/NSPIRE when applicable

Requirements:

- Experience in maintenance or handyman services

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to travel nationwide

- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Own basic tools
