Door Frame Replacement Needed

Looking for a general contractor that specializes in, masonry/concrete repair, to do repair work on a storm door. The door is damaged but I was told to get it to sit correctly, the concrete will need to be cut out a little to set the frame of the door securely, and then put back in with new concrete.
