Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Seeking full-time residential community Maintenance/Groundskeeper with minimum 3 years’ experience in community maintenance. Landscaping experience required. Must be self-disciplined, possess basic plumbing, electrical, and property maintenance skills. The position also ensures the meticulous upkeep and maintenance of the condominium's outdoor areas, landscapes, and common grounds. Own transportation required as well as ability to perform emergency after hours, and inclement weather services as needed. Excellent employee benefits included. Resumes are required.
