Contractors needed for maintenance & repairs on residential properties

Im-Pres LLC is currently seeking vendor partners to assist with maintenance and repairs on residential properties. Our clients consist of banks, housing agencies, and private investors.

Services to include but not limited to:

Board-ups

Lock changes/Lockboxes

Landscaping

Cleaning Services & Debris/Trash outs

Safety hazard abatement

Minor repairs

Major repairs

Evictions Services

Roof repair and tarping

Winterizations

Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping

Inspections

Etc

We are looking for vendors in your area and have work orders that can be assigned right away

We are also willing to train the right team members new to the industry

Compensation is paid weekly
