Direct Support Professional

We are a community-based program that provides Employment Readiness, Day Habilitation and Supported Employment services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Duties:

1. Implement the Participants’ Individual Support Plan.

2. Document written goals on the Daily Progress Sheet.

3. Accompany participant to community outings, workplace and day program.

4. Develop a monthly schedule.

5. Follow the daily activity schedule.

6. Assist and train participants in such areas as learning independent living skills and hygiene management.

Requirements:

a. Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency

b. Pass Criminal Background Check

c. CPR Certification
