Night Caregiver Needed (2–3 hrs/night) – Medicaid Pay

I am a 36-year-old male quadriplegic seeking a reliable, respectful caregiver to assist with nighttime care. This position is ideal for someone looking for a short shift (approximately 2–3 hours per night).

Care is provided in my home, and pay is through Medicaid at approximately $18/hour

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Assistance with getting into bed

Bowel and bladder care

Feeding assistance

Dressing and undressing

Personal hygiene

What I’m looking for:

Someone who understands and respects personal independence

A caregiver who values personal space and professional boundaries

Dependable, calm, and attentive during night hours

Caregiving experience preferred, but attitude and reliability are key

Preference for someone local to Manassas, though this is not a dealbreaker

This role is not about constant supervision—it’s about being available, supportive, and respectful when assistance is needed.
