General Dentist Position in Reston VA

Dear Dentists,

I am looking for a general dentist (novice or experienced) to bring to my office to do fillings, restorative, crown/bridge, endo, srp, and some prophy cleanings for our patients.

We offer guaranteed daily salary of $500 per day but you will have a very busy schedule from day 1 and the guaranteed salary wont apply.

Our typical associates (who works full-time) take home about $200,000 annual salary working 4.5 days per week.

This would include 4 days per week plus 2 Saturdays per month which is required.

We had a more capable associate last year that was taking salary of $356,000 annual because he did implant, apicoectomy and retreatments. He was what I call a "heavy hitter" so he was able to easily make $356,000 annual. We had to terminate him because his communications skills were poor and we didnt like the way he talked with patients and even with Dr Ali the owner. However his technical capabilities were high and thus he was easily making $356,000 annual working 4.5 days per week. So production potential in my offices are very high, it only depends on what procedures you can perform.

Currently we are trying to replace a recent graduate doctor that is unfortunately leaving.

She already has a solid schedule that you would immediately take over. She has only been with us for 1 year and she currently takes home between $12,000 to $15,000 per month doing just fillings, crowns, some surgical extractions and some root canals.

The days we are looking for are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.

If you want mentorship then I can also offer that. I am well versed in all the most complicated procedures including molar retreatment with post removal (45 minute procedure time), complete bony wisdom teeth impactions (4 complete bony impactions in 45 minutes including suturing and anesthesia), coronectomy surgeries (15 to 20 minutes per coronectomy), apicoectomy surgeries (usually take me about 90 minutes), free hand and immediate implant placement with complicated bone grafting using only resorbable collagen membranes, flap SRP with pocket elimination surgery, full arch dental implants, full arch implant supported dentures and overdentures, narrow 2mm implants for overdentures in atrophied arches (these implants are placed flapless and they take only 5 minutes each to place), etc.

I will offer you the most amazing mentorship you could ever imagine where I train you to do root canals, retreatments, extractions, bone grafting, implants, ceramic veneers, long span bridges etc. I will offer the most amazing mentorship for you to learn these complicated procedures with me there to take over for any case you can not finish on your own.

If you ever damage a tooth I will simply give the patient a free dental implant to fix the problem for you. If you are interested call me on my cell phone to discuss.
