Medical Biller/Coding Manager

Ophthalmology practice, southern Prince George's County looking for a full-time, Monday through Friday, experienced Medical Biller to join our team. This will be an in office position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing medical bills ensuring timely payment of claims, follow-up on unpaid claims, credentialing, resolving billing problems, customer service to patients regarding billing questions, analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable reports. This position will require managerial experience because you will be managing all the billing aspects for our office.

Experience in ophthalmology, ICD-10, including surgical coding, is a plus. But we are willing to teach all aspects of ophthalmic coding to an experienced biller.
