Full time position available ASAP

Qualifications include :

Knife Skills, Kitchen Safety and proper sanitation knowledge. Experience with machinery like slicers, mandolins, using scales, etc. Reading and executing a recipe, willing to be cross trained on stations is a must. Experience on Grill Saute and Fryer. Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different techniques. Experience in an open kitchen is preferred. Proficient in keeping a clean work station, organizing and posses good hygiene. Proficient in Spanish a plus. Experience placing orders a plus.
