We serve Japanese comfort food within Marufuji Japanese Market (opening soon in Tysons Corner). We are looking for primarily nights and weekends. No experience necessary, but preferred.

We specialize in tonkatsu, curry, matcha drinks, and coffee and more. Japanese owned and operated, so you can learn real Japanese flavors with us!

This is high volume and fast-paced. We make bento, onigiri, and grab-and-go sushi in the morning. Then we convert to restaurant made-to-order from the afternoon. Pay is based on performance, so raises go to those with skills and speed.
